Padi
 
Padi Open Water
 
This is the first certified recreational diving rank. The course intensively covers all the necessary safety issues allowing you to look after yourself and your buddy. The course makes you familiar with diving kit, safety, the fundamentals of diving and marine life. At the end of the course you can dive to a depth of 18m. The course is flexible allowing you to complete it at your own pace.
 
Padi Advanced Open Water Diver
 

This course teaches you speciality techniques allowing you to dive deeper to a depth of 35m, navigate underwater and advance your diving skills. The core skills of the course are deep diving and underwater navigation you can then choose another three specialities form the following list:

Altitude diver, boat diver, drift diver, dry suit diver, diver propulsion vehicle, underwater photographer, fish identification, multi-level diver, underwater videographer, night diver, peak performance buoyancy, underwater naturalist and search and recovery.
 
Padi Rescue Diver
 

In order to apply to the rescue diver program you need to be a certified Advanced Open Water Diver, at least 15yrs old and have completed the emergency first response course within the last 24 months. The rescue diver course will boost your confidence, and allow you to cope when a dive does not go according to plan.

The rescue diver course will be conducted over a weekend of dive accident scenarios, helping you to think on your feet and act instinctively in a life threatening crisis.
 
Master Scuba Diver
 

Allows you further recognition and is the top of the non-professional diving ladder. Master Scuba Diver status can be achieved by completing five of the advanced speciality certificates on the advanced list.
